Logo Design Survey

In preparation for your logo design project, please thoroughly answer the following questions.

After receiving your initial round of logo concepts, your logo design project will include 2 rounds of revisions. Please note that updates made after these 2 rounds will be charged hourly. The more descriptive you can be with your thoughts and ideas, the better we can achieve an amazing logo (while staying within your allocated budget!)

After reviewing your answers, we’ll reach out and request a time to further discuss your answers.

BEFORE YOU START:

Do not forget to hit the “SUBMIT" button at the end to ensure we receive the survey.
